Align instructions sequentially.

Instructions played on different channels are also arranged in a sequence. No buffer time is inserted in between instructions.

Create new sequential context.

Methods

`align`	Reallocate instructions according to the policy.
`to_dict`	Returns dictionary to represent this alignment.
