Bases: Gate

The global phase gate (\(e^{i\theta}\)).

Can be applied to a QuantumCircuit

Mathematical Representation:

\[\text{GlobalPhaseGate}\ = \begin{pmatrix} e^{i\theta} \end{pmatrix}\]
